Manchester Official Meet and Greet (Terminal 1)

This Meet and Greet service suitable for passengers travelling from Terminals 1. Your car will be stored in a fully secure car park for the duration of your trip. Security features include enty/exit barriers and security fencing. Disabled parking bays are available. A height limit of 2 metres is applicable and trailers are not permitted.

Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and get in lane for Terminals 1. Go straight ahead at the set of traffic lights, with the Hilton and Clayton hotels on the left. At the first roundabout, make a right turn and follow signs for T1 Meet & Greet. After 0.1 mile, turn left into the entrance to T1 Meet & Greet.
Arrival procedure
Please check your confirmation email for details.
On arrivel, please follow the instructions on the digital information screen when you reach the entrance to the car park. Once you've parked, please unload your luggage and enter the Meet & Greet reception to hand over your keys. You will be given a receipt, which you should keep safe for your return. Then follow the footpath to the terminal, which takes less than 5 minutes.
Please note the car park only take receipt of your individual car key; key rings and other keys cannot be accepted.
Return procedure

On your return, please go to the new Meet & Greet collection point which is located in Terminal 1 arrivals hall, opposite Greggs. Your car will be parked on level 13 of the Terminal 1 Multi-Storey car park which can be reached by the lifts. Meet and Greet staff will be there to assist.
If you’re delayed picking your car up, you’ll need to pay for the extra parking. You’ll be charged the car park's overstay fee of £25 per day (subject to change). If you pick your car up early, you won't be entitled to a refund.
Security
Your car will be stored at a secured car park with fencing and entry/exit barriers.
Insurance
Parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk, and subject to the printed terms and conditions of the individual car park.
Disabled facilities
This service is ideal for customers with a disability as there's no need for transfers. There are disabled bays for Blue Badge holders.
Additional information
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extra on your departure. The extra money will be at the car park's standard daily rate.
No refund will be given for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
This car park has a maximum height restriction of 2 metres or 6 feet 6 inches.
Your car can only be returned to the terminal you have booked.
The car park has luggage trolleys near the arrival lanes, but you'll need £1 to use them.
Your car will be stored in a secured site up to 10 miles from the airport.

Came back from trip, car park staff told me they had damaged my car by reversing another car with a towbar into it and front bumper dented and scuffed, I was happy for honesty, was told that they would contact me within a week, still waiting 3 months later, they gave me a letter that I could contact them with however the number was useless as only option was non human, I have filled in an airport complaint form and am waiting for a response to this. NEVER USE MEET AND GREET HERE, THE STAFF DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR

Used it a few times and have become sick and tired of the smart alec’s ‘responsible’ for parking the car that mess around with the radio and heating/air con settings. It’s cleary an amusing little game for them and an indication for us to be wary about trusting our cars with the meet and greet service. The airport needs to sort this out ASAP

Used this service twice; 1 st time car rear had dent and scratch on it when picked up. This year picked up on 1 st of may car covered in dust and muck rear tyre had been driven on for some miles and had to be replaced. Contacted them, did not give a damn, will not use them again.

I have used the service twice in 3 months. Never on time. I had to wait for almost 50 mins with my family on arrival. My car was all covered in mud. Very poor service. Every time when the plane landed I called them; you have to call them 5 times before they answer the phone and then wait for 50 mins.

Very disappointed with our recent experience of Manchester T1 Meet and Greet. Not what we expected. On arrival told to go and find a parking space in an almost full outdoor car park so were well away from the office. On return we were informed our car was on level 13. Had to queue for the lift then found level 13 was top floor open to the elements and it was very windy. Then had to search for our car. Had it been raining at drop off or pick up we would have been soaked and would have wanted to award zero stars.
