Drive directly to the terminal following the arrival procedure.

Please note that the car park has been experiencing some delays in the collection/drop off of customers vehicles, this is due to the large amount of construction work taking place at Manchester Airport and its infrastructure . These delays are beyond their control and maybe greater during rush hour periods. Please allow more time before your check in time.

Arrival procedure

Please check your booking confirmation for details.

Please call the chauffeur when you are approximately 20 minutes from the airport to let them know you are running on time.

Terminal 2:
Please go around the roundabout and follow signs for T2 arrivals/departures. Then enter the multi-storey building and pull up in one of the drop off bays on the right-hand side.

Terminals 1 and 3:
Please make your way to the terminal you are departing from and park in the departure lane where a chauffeur will meet you.

Return procedure

Please check your booking confirmation for details.

Upon your return, once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, please call the chauffeur on the number on your confirmation. Your vehicle will then be returned to you for your journey home.

Terminal 2 only:
When you collected your bags and cleared customs, please make your way up to level D in the multi-storey car park. Please only call when you're there as you'll have to pay a £4 charge to get out of the car park as this has recently been enforced by Manchester Airport.

Alternatively, they can meet you at the Train Station which is a short walk from the terminal through the skywalk. This option will not incur the £4.00 exit fee.

Security

The car park offers a security barrier, CCTV, and 24 hour manned patrol. It has been awarded the Park Mark Safer Parking award.

Insurance

Drivers are insured to drive your vehicle to and from the airport terminals.

Caddy vans are acceptable as they are the same size as a car. Standard transit vans, short wheel based are also ok. However, long wheel based vehicles will be charged a £10.00 supplement on arrival.
