On arrival, please call the chauffeur hotline on the number on your confirmation when you're 20 minutes away from the airport. The chauffeur will be with you at departures within minutes.
Terminal 1:
Follow the signs for Terminal 1 Departures A go up the ramp and wait in the drop off zone.
Terminal 2:
Follow the signs for Terminal 2 departures drop off zone and wait in the drop off zone.
Terminal 3:
Follow the signs for Terminal 3 drop off zone and wait in the drop off zone.
Return procedure
On your returm, after you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, please call the chauffeur hotline on the dedicated number you'll find on your confirmation to confirm your return. When you exit the Terminal, the driver will meet you with your car.
Terminal 1:
Get in the lifts at terminal 1 near Greggs the Bakers and go to level 3 and wait by the lifts for your vehicle.
Terminal 2:
Exit Terminal 2 building, turn left and follow the signs for Terminal 2 car park west and wait by zone B.
Terminal 3:
Come out of terminal 3 building, cross the road at the zebra crossing, go up the escalator then turn right and wait by door until your vehicle arrives.
Security
