This car park operates from the departures area outside the terminals but your vehicle will be transferred to a secure site located nearby.
Transfers from airport
Transfers are not required for this service as you will be met outside the terminals.
You will be required to pay the £4.50 entry and exit fee to access the terminal.

Please check your email confirmation for details.
Terminal 1: Please follow signs for Departures B, keep to the left lane to enter the multi-storey car park, go to Level 3 and wait near the lift.
Terminal 2: Please follow signs for T2 multi-storey west car park (pick-up) and then go to Level 0 Zone B,C,D.
Terminal 3: Please follow signs for T3 multi-storey car park and go to Level 3.
At no point should customers go to any on site airport meet and greet car parks.
Arrival procedure
Please call Runway Park and Fly approx. 20 minutes before you arrive at the airport to confirm your time of arrival. A uniformed chauffeur will be there to meet you. Then make your way to the departure area of the terminal you are flying from within minutes while your car is taken off-site to a secure compound until your return.
Any extra costs incurred by the customers arriving early will be met by the customer.
You will be required to pay the £4.50 entry and exit fee to access the terminal.
Return procedure
On your return, please call the chauffeur's telephone number once you've collected your luggage and cleared customs. You will be met by the chauffeur, taken to your vehicle and given the required exit token which you will have to pay at the pay station prior to exit.
Terminal 1: Meeting point is at the multi-storey car park. Go to Level 3 and wait near the lift doors for your car.
Terminal 2: Meeting point is at the multi-storey west car park (pick-up). Goes to Level 0 Zone B,C,D.
Terminal 3: Meeting point is at the multi-storey car park. Go to Level 3 and wait near the lift doors for your car.
You will be required to pay the £4.50 entry and exit fee to access the terminal.
Security
Vehicles will be parked in a secure compound with perimeter fencing/walls and gates, as well as security lighting.

There is an additional £4.50 entry/exit fee payable locally.
