Directions

Leave the A1 Newcastle Upon Tyne, via the slip road heading towards the Novotel. You'll come out onto a roundabout, where you'll need to take the first exit if you're coming from the south or the third exit if you're coming from the north, onto the A696. Continue along this road for a minute or so, keeping on the far lefthand road as it diverges. You'll come out to another roundabout, where you'll need to take the second exit. Immediately after, you'll come to yet another roundabout and will need to take the second exit again. You should then see the car park on your right.

Arrival procedure

When you're about 15 minutes away from the airport, please call 01912 144 022 and let the car park know you're on your way. When you reach the car park, go inside and park next to the customer service office. Then, go into the office to check in. The car park will call a transfer bus to come and get you. The bus driver will also give you a hand with getting your bags onto the transfer bus and will take you to the terminal while your car is being parked. It'll take only 5 minutes to get to check-in and transfers are included in the price.

Return procedure

On your return, please head to the bus stop outside the check-in hall. The transfer bus driver will be waiting there to take you back to the car park, where you car will be ready and waiting for you. All you need to do then is load up the luggage, hop in and go home. The buses run on a continuous loop, so don't worry if the bus isn't there straight away, you won't need to wait for long.

Security

The car park has CCTV, 24-hour patrols and perimeter fences and has won the police-accredited Park Mark award for its security.

Disabled facilities

The car park has special buses that can lower for wheelchairs, should you need them.

Additional information

If you're late to pick up your car you'll be charged £8 per day.
