Directions
Directions to the Short Stay car park:
Leave the M11 at junction 38 and follow the A11. Go straight ahead at six roundabouts, staying on the road. At the seventh roundabout, take the fourth exit onto Newmarket Road. Go straight ahead at the roundabout, then turn left onto Unthank Road. Turn left again onto Colman Road. Go straight ahead at two roundabouts. Turn right onto Amsterdam Way. At the roundabout take the second exit and follow the road until you reach the entrance to the car park.
Arrival procedure
On arrival, please give the car park a call on 07831 370134 when you're 15 minutes away. Then drive into the Short Stay car park and meet the driver there. You'll need to hand over your keys and then make your way to check-in, which is just across the road from the car park. Your car will be driven to a secured compound.
Return procedure
On your return, please give the car park a call when you're reclaiming your luggage to let them know you've returned. You will meet the driver in arrivals. They will ask you to sign a receipt confirming your car has been returned to you and is as you left it. You'll be given your keys back so you can pick up your car, which will be waiting in the Short Stay car park.
Security
The car park is secured by perimeter fencing and security gates, 24-hour CCTV, perimeter alarm and security lighting.
Disabled facilities
This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as it doesn't require transfers.
