Transfers from airport
Transfers to the airport need to be pre-arranged via telephone 24 hours prior to arrival by calling 01603 780010. Transfers run on demand, take 5-10 minutes and cost £2 per adult and £1 per child under 12. They operate from 4am until 11pm (except for Sundays). Outside of these hours you will need to arrange a taxi and pay for this locally. Please note that if you are arriving or returning on a Sunday, you will need to pay for a taxi (approx. £6 each way), as the hotel's shuttle does not operate on this day.
Directions
Leave the M11 at junction 38 and follow the A11. Go straight ahead at six roundabouts, staying on the road. At the seventh roundabout, take the fourth exit onto Newmarket Road. Go straight ahead at the roundabout, then turn left onto Unthank Road. Turn left again onto Colman Road. Go straight ahead at two roundabouts. Turn left onto Drayton High Road. Turn right onto Hellesdon Park Road and the hotel will be on the left.
Arrival procedure
On arrival, please drive to the hotel, park in their car park and keep your keys. Then check in at the hotel reception to wait for the shuttle and book your return journey.
Please know that you'll need to call the hotel on 01603 780010 24 hours before your arrival to book your shuttle to the airport.
Return procedure
On your return, please catch your pre-arranged bus back to the hotel to collect your car.
Security
Your car will be parked at your own risk as the Holiday Inn Express' car park is not secured.

There are Blue Badge parking bays available on a first come first served basis. Please know that you'll need to display your badge while you're away.
Additional information
The Norwich Holiday Inn Express offer parking in their on-site car park, just a 5-10 minute transfer from the terminal.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
If you return late, the car park offers a grace period until midnight on the date you have booked at their discretion. If you park longer than this, you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £5 per day (subject to change).
