Transfers from airport
The hotel offers 3 complimentary transfers daily at 7.30, 10.30 and 13.00. Outside of these times, the hotel can arrange a taxi, which will be at a separate charge. Please contact the hotel's reception on +353 61 478 700 to pre-book your transfer. It is also worth pre-booking your return transfer with the hotel on arrival.
Directions
Leaving Shannon airport, at first roundabout take 1st exit onto Airport Road - N19 (signposted Galway, Limerick, Ennis). At next roundabout take 2nd exit onto the N19. At Shannon town roundabout take 2nd exit on to N19 (signposted Galway Limerick). At next roundabout take 3rd exit, then merge onto the N18 (signposted Limerick). Take first exit off N18 (signposted Bunratty). Continue forward to Bunratty Castle Hotel and Luxury Spa opposite Bunratty Castle and Folk Park.
Arrival procedure
Please contact the hotel's reception on +353 61 478 700 to pre-book your transfer.
On arrival at the hotel car park, please park in an available space, then make your way to the main entrance reception area and ask for the next transfer bus. The transfer bus pick-up point is outside the hotel's main entrance and you can wait either inside or outside the hotel for the transfer.
Return procedure
On arrival at the airport, please make your way to the hotel transfer pick-up point and wait there to catch the transfer bus back to the hotel. Please see the information above above transfer arrangements.
When you arrive back at the hotel, please go to the reception with the ticket collected on entry to the car park and your booking confirmation to show that you have pre-paid. A member of the reception staff will validate your ticket to allow you to exit the hotel car park.
