Directions
From the West:
Leave the M27 at Junction 5 and at the Junction 5 roundabout take the second exit signposted Eastleigh A335 / Airport/ Parkway Station.
From the East:
Leave the M27 at Junction 5 and at the Junction 5 roundabout take the fourth exit signposted Eastleigh A335 / Airport/ Parkway Station.
Then follow the link road to the next roundabout and take the first exit signposted Eastleigh Town Centre / Swan Centre. Continue along Southampton Road for about 1 mile until you reach a mini roundabout. Take the 3rd exit (going back on yourself) and then bear left signposted Eastleigh Works (Campbell Road). Follow the road over the bridge to Gate 3 (please note it is not the first gate you pass). The Maple Manor Parking Office is on your right once you are let through the gate - please park in an "arrival bay" on your right, adjacent to the Parking Office. Enter the Parking Office to check in.
Arrival procedure
When you arrive at the car park, please drive up to the outer gate where your number plate will be read by the security system and you'll be buzzed in. Drive through the gates and park in front of the offices, collect your luggage, then head to reception (ca. 3 metres away) and hand in your keys. They'll arrange the transfer bus for you and you shouldn't wait more than 5 minutes for it. You'll also be given a card with a number for the bus on it for your return. Then, just hop on a bus to the terminal.
Return procedure
On your return, you will have to call the number on the back of the card you were given and catch the bus back to the car park from where you were dropped off. When you get back to the car park, your car will be waiting for you in the parking space by reception. Just collect your keys from the reception and drive home.
Security
The car park has two rows of fences, CCTV and regular patrols.
Disabled facilities
The car park has spaces reserved for disabled badge holders.
Additional information
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, WF Parking won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.
If you park for longer than you booked, you'll be charged at a rate of £10 per day.
If you get back early, please call WF Parking as soon as you can. They need as much notice as possible to get your car ready so you aren't kept waiting. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.
The car park can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m and under 2m in height. You'll be charged extra if your car is too large. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats will cost extra so please check with the provider prior to booking.

Worst ever. 25 minutes late to meet us. Wheels damaged and refused to accept responsibility. Another 20 minute wait on our arrival at Southampton. Cowboys, we would never use them again!

Yes, we were impressed with the pick up after our holiday from the airport. WE were a bit dubious when we arrived to book in the car as there was no one around and the description did not seem to match what we were expecting, however a phone call and the mini bus arrived and got us straight to the airport.

Incredible customer service. Forgot my passport so they had to retrieve the car after I'd dropped it off for me to return later. Then I came back late at night one day early. Forgot to let them know. They sorted all that out. No complaints. Smiles. Politeness. No costs. It's when things go wrong you see the real strengths of a company and they were faultless.
