Customers must call the on-site mobile telephone number, 07803 200 820, 20 minutes prior to their arrival at Southend Airport. You will then be given exact arrival information by the car staff. You will also have to leave your car keys with the on-site ECP staff member.
Return procedure
Departure instructions will be given to you when you arrive.
