Distance to airport
Your car is collected outside the terminal when you leave, taken to a fully secured car park, and brought back when you return.
Transfers from airport
Transfers are not required as this a Meet and Greet service.
Directions
From all directions follow signs to Stansted Airport.
Please follow signs to the terminal and short stay parking and follow the Arrival and Return procedures as described on your voucher.
Arrival procedure
Please check your booking confirmation as details may vary.
Telephone the number in your confirmation 15 minutes prior to your arrival at the airport. Follow signs to the terminal and short stay parking. The controller will then direct you to the meeting point.
Return procedure
Please check your booking confirmation as details may vary.
On return please call the number in your confirmation once you have cleared customs and collected your luggage. After exiting the terminal follow signs for "Pick Up Point" & Short Stay Car Park, your car will be returned to the Blue Short Stay Car park. Your chauffeur will return your car to you. A maximum time of 15 minutes is available free of charge in the Blue Car park, after this time the customer is liable to pay £2 exit fee.

Manned and fenced 24 hour compound.
Disabled facilities
The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
Additional information
We accept no liability for any faulty keys, alarm fobs, house or other keys left on the Key ring so only the Car Key should be given.
Your vehicle must be taxed and comply with the Road Traffic Act 1988. This is deemed by us to be the case for the whole duration while the vehicle is in our possession.
A maximum time of 15 minutes is available free of charge on your return - if you are longer than this then the customer is liable to pay the £2 exit fee.

Excellent service ... and one I will definitely use again!
We were contacted twice before our arrival to ensure that we were on time (as we were arriving at 4.30am). On arrival we were met by a very pleasant and helpful rep.
On our return, we collected our luggage and phoned. We were given precise instructions for collection and we waited approx 5 mins for our car.
Faultless service and to be highly recommended.

We flew to Mallorca for Christmas.
On arrival to the terminal a simple instruction ws followed where to meet the representative and he simply collected the car and off we travelled.
On return an equally simple collection was followed.
The whole service was excellent.

We used DriveFly Meet and Greet at Stansted Aiport - the service was very punctual and swift. The pick-up and drop-of of our car went very smoothly and we would definately recommend the service to out friends/family when they are travelling from Stansted.

It was OK. We had to wait over 10 minutes waiting to drop off the car. It took over 15 minutes when we came back to return the car. Meteor are a lot more efficient.
