Directions

Please call the car park 20 minutes prior to arrival to confirm you are on time on the number on your confirmation. At the agreed time, a driver, will meet you at Stansted Airport Short Stay Car Park Red Zone Arrivals. On your return please call the number on your confirmation after you have reclaimed all your luggage.

Arrival procedure

Meet the driver at Stansted Short Stay Car Park Red Zone Arrivals. Please call number on your voucher when you are approximately 20 minutes from Stansted to confirm arrival time.

Return procedure

You will be given full instructions on arrival.

Security

Cars are stored in a secured area enclosed with security fencing and monitored by CCTV. The site is staffed 24 hours a day.

AVOID!!! Very poor service. My car was damaged with minor scratches but the company would take NO responsibility for this leaving me having to get the damage repaired at my cost. Roger your service is shocking!!!

Very disappointed. Overcharged for the service, for being late, I was requested by driver to pay £20 cash in hand for not dropping off car at exact time: 06:00 and this has already happened twice on 13th April and again July the 16th July. Also For leaving vehicle for an extra day I had to pay £30 cash in hand again. Lady - the driver told me I should be paying £15 not £30 for one one day delay (I collected car on 16th June instead 15th June because -my flight was cancelled and I had no control over it) on top everything I found out that the customer service is apparently not a 24 hour service while on their website clearly is stated that flycarparkplus operates 24hours. When I asked if I could collect my car at 01:30 after landing I was informed that this is impossible as the business does not operate in between 1am until 3.45am and I'll have to wait until 3.45 to be able to collect my car. However, I will be contacting their office again and I will be making a formal complaint against the flycarparkplus at Stansted Airport for bad customer service and unfair treating. I do not recommend flycarparkplus at Stansted Airport.

used this company for a recent holiday, cheap to book online but BEAWARE there are hidden costs when we turned up they said we have to paid £5 to the driver for him to exit the airport car park (????? shouldn’t that be in with the cost) and then we had to pay £5 for us to exit the car park on our way home (they don’t tell you that which adds to the price “ they put on offers to drag you in then don’t tell you the hidden costs) won’t be using again.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS......

I had to change my car details after making the booking. It was sorted out within 10 minutes of requesting and amended voucher issued. Also, the staff at the airport were very friendly, courteous and gave great service.
