Maple Manor Parking is situated adjacent to Express by Holiday Inn, postcode CM24 1PY.
If you have any problems finding the car park, please do not hesitate to call them on 01279 210 590 (option1) for help with directions on the day.
Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound. At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue. You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue. Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn. At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn. Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Parking Park & Ride's Car Park.
Arrival procedure
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to the portacabin. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip
Return procedure
If you are returning ahead of schedule, you must give the car park at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.
As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs, please call them on 01279 210 590 and follow the directions below:
After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19. You will need to show your barcoded receipt card to the driver. The bus will stop at the entrance to the car park, please collect your keys from the reception. A team member will direct you to your car, ready for you to drive straight home.
Security
The car park has 24 hour manned security, fencing, a gated entry, CRB checked staff and drivers. It has been awarded the Park Mark Award.
Additional information
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date (subject to change).
If you are returning early, please call Maple Manor as soon as you can to let them know. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it, and you will not be able to get a refund.
It was a breeze using their service, efficient and shuttle bus drivers were nice and patient.
Pick up and collection was smooth.
Price was reasonable.
Only thing is that my car was a bit dirty inside or had a smell when I came to collect it and car park place was muddy.

Easy to find, quick and efficient.

Easy to find, very close to the airport so transfer time was quick. Only negative was that our car was the only car that must have been parked under a tree as it was covered in bird poo. We noted that other cars that were being picked up at the same time looked clean. Use this facility but consider that you may get unlucky like us and would have to pay for exterior car wash.

Excellent. Car park is very close to airport, so the shuttle is only a few minutes. Friendly guy at reception. Pick-up and drop off all fine, with minimal wait

At no point when booking did I see that I’d have to leave my car key. The site was not great, and the so called bus every 3-4 mins was a joke. It was the standard Premier Inn bus and we waited at least 20mins. I was not impressed and did not want to leave my car there.. and I will never use again.
