Stansted Mercury Meet & Greet Non-Flexible

As the name suggests, bookings with this Meet and Greet service cannot be cancelled or amended. The other restriction is that there is no service between midnight and 4 a.m. Instructions on where to meet the chauffeur will be given when you call to announce your impending arrival and a similar system operates for the return leg. No vans, people carriers with more than 7 passengers or commercial vehicles are accepted. All cars are parked in a secure car park with infra-red CCTV and a 24 hour presence.

Arrival procedure
This service does not operate between midnight and 4am.
As you exit the motorway call to announce your intended arrival and the chauffeur will provide instructions on where to park. If the chauffeur is dealing with other customers he may not be able to take your call immediately but he will know you are on the line and your call will be answered asap. The chauffeur will inspect your vehicle for pre-existing damage and also ensure your travel details are correct - please have return travel details to hand. After signing to confirm these details you will receive a copy for your records. For your safety every chauffeur carries personal ID and details of insurance which are available for inspection.
Return procedure
On your return you will receive a 'Welcome Home' text message from the car park as you switch your phone on. After collecting all luggage and clearing customs call 0845 2998877 to announce arrival. After you pass through Customs turn right and exit the terminal building through the door opposite Zone D check in sign. Walk down the ramp back to the Red Car Park where the chauffeur will be waiting with your car and your ticket which is required to exit the car park.
Customers are responsible for paying exit fee from car park, £2.60. This ticket is valid for 30 minutes.
Please Note: You pre-paid ticket expires 30 minutes after we receive your arrival phone call. You may be liable for any additional charges should you not retrieve your vehicle within this period. Once you have confirmed ownership and signed for your vehicle you are free to exit the car park.
Security
Cars are parked in a secure off site compound manned 24 a day and covered by infra red CCTV.

Your car will be parked for you for the duration of your trip. In order to book this service customers must provide the following information - inbound and outbound flight numbers, airport terminals, car details and contact telephone number (preferably a mobile number). Cars are driven to a secure compound away from the terminal.
This car park will not accept commercial vehicles, vans big or small, vehicles carrying 7+ people, caravans or trailers.
Change of plans? Please call 0845 2998877 or email amendments@comstrad.com with any amendments to your booking. Amendments provided with 24 hours notice will be actioned free of charge. Changes within this period may incur a handling charge.
If you need to cancel without providing 24 hours notice no refund can be made. We can provide an invoice which can be used should you wish to claim on your travel insurance. Cancellations made with 24 hours notice will be refunded to your issuing card less any credit card charges.
Running late or early? Please let the car park know if you are running late or early. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes either side of your drop off time the car park cannot guarantee they will be able to book you in immediately. On your return, the car park monitor the arrival time of the flight so do not require further info from you and will accommodate standard delays.
