From all directions follow signs to Stansted Airport and then follow the arrival procedure below.
Arrival procedure
On arrival, please phone the number given on your confirmation email when you are approximately 20-25 minutes from Stansted. You'll be directed to the short stay Orange car park. Please have £5.50 cash ready to give to the chauffeur on arrival, the chauffeur needs this to to pay the exit fee from the Short Stay car park.
Return procedure
On your return, when you have cleared passport control, have reclaimed all of your luggage and are ready to leave the terminal, please call the chauffeur number given to you on the confirmation email.
Security
All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. When your car is collected a driver will take it to a fully secure compound.

Bookings for this service are non refundable / non amendable.
Non-flexible product customers receive a window of 30mins either side of their booked arrival time. Arrival outside of this window will result in a further charge of £10.
Customers are responsible for airport barrier fees of £5.50 each way (short stay car Park).
Not bad. Changed plan on drop off then left.me standing in the rain for almost 10 minutes. On return the guy refused to listen that drop off was changed so told me.to go to where I dropped it despite it now being somewhere else. Other than that fine.
