Transfers from airport
The transfer bus operates between 4am and midnight. Transfers to/from the terminal run on demand and cost 1.00 GBP each way per adult. Children under 16 travel free of charge. Please note this car park does not operate between 00:00 - 04:00 between October and March. This does not apply on your return i.e. if your return flight is delayed/early.

Please head towards Stansted Airport Terminal. At the roundabout just before the Terminal (A), take the 4th exit signposted 'Takeley'. At the next mini roundabout, take the first exit (Takeley Road). CSL/Pink Elephant is approximately 3/4 mile along Takeley Road, on the right hand side.

Arrival procedure
Please check your booking confirmation for details.
On arrival at the CSL Drop Off area, please park your car in the area at the front of the building and report to reception. Your details will be checked and you will be required to leave your car keys. Your car will then be checked and photographed including the mileage and moved to one of their secure parking areas. You will be transferred to the front of the terminal with a journey time of approx. 3 minutes.

After clearing customs, please call the car park on 01279 879352 to advise then of your return, then proceed to Zone C by the flags where you were dropped off on your outbound journey.

Your car will be stored in an on-airport car park that has 24 hour guarded security.

Pink Elephant charge £1.00 per person each way for transfers to and from the terminal. Children under 16 travel free.

There is a height restriction of 2.8m and vehicles must also fit into a standard sized parking space. Long wheel base vans and commercial vehicles are not accepted.

WORST PLACE!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE COWBOYS!! AVOID!!! DAMAGE TO MY CAR!!! DODGY PEOPLE!!!Left my car there for 12 days. When we came back the front number plate was damaged-hanging on one side, also there was damage to my front bumper.The car was covered with bird poo everywhere the tyres had mud on them. The staff tried to cover it and to convince me that it was like that when we arrived, when we said that that is not true they gave us some piece of paper called a 'complain form' which has no use. Absolutely disgusting. COWBOYS!!!

You listed Pink Elephant as a suitable Stansted Park and Ride car park. Accordingly we paid £80 for two weeks parking. During this two weeks, Pink Elephant went into liquidation! As a result we had to pay a further £80 to CSL Stansted Parking to recover our car! As you recommended Pink Elephant in the first place, the fault and responsibility must lie with you for our £80 loss. We expect therefore to receive a refund of our parking fee from Airport Parking Shop with immediate effect. Please refund this sum to the account from which the original fee was paid. Failure to do so will leave you liable for further action. Mr R Templeton
