Additional information
- Port Parking is ideal for those travelling from the ferry and cruise terminals (please choose the correct option when booking), offering you an efficient service at a good price.
- The car park has no size restrictions.
- The transfers run between 07:00 and 18:00, and there are no transfers outside of these times.
- Outside of those hours, you can only get into the car park using a gate code. To get the code, you'll need to call this 24-hour number: 01304 211 718.
If you only stay for one day, you'll need to pay £5 for your transfer bus.
It states 'on demand transfers' on its site but despite giving them 3 hours notice, and alerting them to the fact I had an 11-year old boy with me who'd just cycled 120 miles, they said they couldn't give us a transfer, and stopped responding to emails. Appalling customer service and a complete dereliction of professional duty. Avoid at all costs.
