Straightforward drop of and pick up, just one minor point is that if you are
expecting your car to be there within the quoted 15/20 minute time frame
at 0200 am in the morning you may need patience because if four parties request there vehicles and they only have three delivery drivers and you were the last to call for your vehicle it will be an half hour wait at best

They were waiting for us on arrival to the airport on our departure day and the same inn arrival back into the Uk so no delay at all . Definitely use them again

Find prices for Gatwick LGParking - Meet and Greet
Car collection and delivery fine. Back early am so not a busy time and took 15 minutes from call to deliver. However, bag of 20p parking money missing. Very odd as not worth a lot (maybe £5). Perhaps they thought this was their tip? And left the 10ps!
