I have never had an issue with airport parking before. I had only printed the FHR reference email - i (wrongly) assumed that there would be directions to the parking around the airport. We arived at the longstay at 0845 for a 10.35 flight. we couldnt confirm directions as your office was closed until 0900. we were then given directions towards Takley from the Longterm parking. We gave up and returned to the midterm parking (cost an additional £124) and arrived at the checkin 3m after it closed. (amazingly they re opened it and we made the flight) It was an unbelievably stressful start to the holiday and i cant imagine using anything other than onsite parking again!

Chose this off site parking for price not expecting much for the money, but infact got a very friendly and professional service and ease of use that took any worries away that you might of had wilst away. I would have know hesitation in recommending these to anyone, and will certainly be using them again later on the year.

A friendly and efficient service. The people are helpful and seem keen to please. The location is not well signed as they say they do not wish to draw attention to the fact that cars are stored in the barn overnight. Make of that what you will! Hearing that others had difficulty finding the place, I did look it up on Google maps before hand to see what it looked like. That did help, and we found it easily. The journey time is around 10 minutes, and there was no waiting. We arrived, and got straight into a car that took us to the airport. The driver was warm and friendly and had put almost all our bags in his car by himself before I'd finished signing the form. The pick up was equally quick, with the silver mini-bus arriving at the short term car park just as we got there, so there was no waiting at all. It was one of our best ever car parking experiences (using a hotel at Heathrow was the best). I would certainly be keen on using them again when flying from Stansted.

We used S.O.S. parking based at Henham about 4 miles from the airport. We found the service to be first class and will use them again

About 4 miles from the airport down little lanes, so not that easy in the dark. You don't want to be in a hurry to get back to the car as it took 15 mins for the minibus to pick me up and then you've got another 10 min to get back to the car, which is then another 10 min from the M11. Helpful staff but a bit far out for me.

All in all a very good experience although it could have been better signposted as difficult to find in the dark at 4am!

Staff are prompt and courteous, will definitely use your service again for our next trip. Will never look for other place to park to.
